There’s a brand a new way to enhance your FRBO or FSBO property photos! Facebook’s 360 Photos feature allows you to upload flat panoramas – like those taken on iPhones, Google Photo Spheres, or photos from 360 cameras – and Facebook will then morph them into photos that can be dragged and adjusted so they can be seen from a 360 point of view. With this feature, now your friends will be able to see your home on their own Facebook News Feed!

Those who want to show off their new property and attract the right audience can utilize this unique tool on social media. They don’t even have to leave the comfort of their home.

Does this still sound a bit futuristic for your taste? The process is not a complicated one and you can make it happen without needing to purchase additional special equipment. All you need is an iPhone running iOS 6 or later, an Android running v4.2 or later, or one of many 360 photo apps available for download.

People will be able to discover these photos right on your Facebook Page or right in their News Feed.

From there, they will be able to pan around and explore your property by simply moving the phone around or clicking and dragging. Your prospects will experience your property in 360 angles, moving around from the interior to the exterior of every inch of living space.

“The big difference with 360 photos is you can take them with your phone,” Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg wrote on his Facebook page. “Just take a panorama or use a 360 camera app, then post it to Facebook and we’ll take care of the rest.”

Zuckerberg has a lot gain from the creation of immersive content. We’re most likely to spend even more time on Facebook tilting photos back and forth. He’s also most likely going to be profiting from advertisers that give him funding to be a part of this new experience.

Try out Facebook 360 for yourself and see what it has to offer in the sale of your home. Say goodbye to selfie sticks and professional photographers, just do it yourself with your own smartphone!
